Our concierge/property manager David is one of our most valued employees and “local connection” with the best prices on rental cars, airport transfers, amazing tours, local activities, premier chef contacts and overall everything you might need!
He can help book everything you desire to make your vacation more enjoyable by leaving him in charge of it all! Formerly, he was a tour guide and is fluently bilingual. His wife Sol is our wedding destination professional priding herself on providing exceptional service and attention to detail to make your destination wedding stress free!
We are so happy to have them on staff as their local knowledge is invaluable to tourists and out of town Costa Rican visitors as well.

We are centrally located in the beautiful Pacific Region of Costa Rica. Ideally situated midway between two pristine national parks with plentiful activities to enjoy!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire secured/gated private estate. Parking is private and secure.

Transportation
Jaco Mansion offers transportation for airport pickup and drop off as well as all transfers to any part of Jaco Beach as well as regionally throughout Costa Rica. Your driver is at your service!
For transportation around Jaco Beach area, you can visit a number of fantastic beaches or take day trips to any number of famous locations such as Manuel Antonio, Carra National Park, Monteverde, Arenal Volcano, and more.

Our in-house Chef Service will make amazing meals for you, personalize your menu, make sure the kitchens are stocked with your favorite foods and deliver to your table(s) traditional or American style meals, BBQ’s, Seafood dinners, special event food trays… anything you and your group requires.
Adventure Tours
Private Party Yatch
You will be picked up from your house, and brought to Herradura Beach for a short water taxi ride to your party boat.
Your captain will start your private cruise along the Pacific Coast and the party commences. Invite some friends, bring some tunes, check out private beaches, have some drinks, jump in the ocean, enjoy some of the ocean toys included on the boat.
